Data Deletion
It is possible to request the deletion of all the information we have collected about your app data or RE Connect account.
Fulfilling such a request will result in the permanent closure and deletion of your RE connect account and all associated data. This includes any records, in-app activity, or earned rewards—whether monetary or non-monetary—which, once deleted, cannot be recovered.
To initiate a data deletion request, please email us at Hi_reconnect@kpt-recycle.com. Kindly ensure that you clearly state your intention to permanently delete your account. Upon receipt of your request, RE Connect will proceed with the deletion process within one month (30 calendar days) and will issue a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed. Wherever possible, we will strive to complete your request ahead of the deadline
RE Connect remains committed to fulfilling all data deletion requests within 30 calendar days and will provide confirmation once the process is complete. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to process the request sooner.
